Cafe Del Mar Welcome Party

Settle in and get to know the crew. The DoubleTree Phuket is home for the week. In the heart of Patong, you are just moments from the beach and the world-famous party scene, the perfect combination of relaxation and nightlife.

And speaking of kicking things off, we’re heading straight to Café del Mar Phuket for the perfect first day. Expect laid-back beach vibes, good food, sunset drinks, and a solid soundtrack to ease into the week. Whether you’re lounging, dipping in the pool, or just catching up with new friends, this is how we do day one.

Elephant Sanctuary

Nestled in Phuket’s quiet hillside, Bukit Elephant Sanctuary offers a safe, natural haven for elephants rescued from trekking and entertainment. Here, the elephants roam freely, bathe, forage, and socialise at their own pace, allowing guests to witness their true behaviour up close.

Away from the beach clubs and nightlife, this shared moment creates space for genuine conversations and meaningful connections, all set against one of the most serene backdrops in Phuket.

No plans, no schedule, just a full day to explore Thailand however you want.

Whether it’s relaxing on a quiet beach, checking out local markets, or chasing waterfalls, there’s no shortage of ways to make the most of it. If you’re up for something more adventurous, hop on an ATV, go for a Muay Thai class, or take a boat out for one more island escape.

What is included in the trip?

4 nights of accommodation with breakfast included at the Grupotel Amapola hotel, 9 hours of world class padel coaching and access to courts, padel tournaments, welcome party, VIP access to Nu beach club with food and 4 hours of free flow drinks.

What is the average age of singles on the trip?

The average age last year for our trips was 27 but remember that's just an average and age is just a number. Age range last year was 21 - 40. The Mallorca Padel trip 2025 is open to everyone and we actively encourage any age to join.

Which airport should I fly into?

You should fly into Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI), it’s the main international airport on the island and just over half an hour to the hotel.

Do I have to be single?

Yes, the Mallorca Padel Trip is designed specifically for singles who want more than just a holiday. Whether you're here to improve your game, connect with new friends, or spark a little romance, you'll do it all on a stunning sunkissed island.

Do I need to share a hotel room with strangers?

The rooms are double occupancy. If you're coming with friends, let us know who you would like to share your room with. If solo, we’ll pair you up with another solo traveller.

I prefer not to share, can I have my own room?

Absolutely, if you prefer to have your own room, let us know, and we will let you know the single occupancy supplement cost.

What is the early bird ticket?

We have a limited number of early bird tickets available, but you need to get in there quickly before they all go! Don’t worry if you miss out on these, you’ll just need to buy a standard ticket instead.

Do I have to pay in full?

No, you just need to put down £150 to secure your place, and then you’ll receive an email to pay the remaining balance six weeks before the trip.

Do you help with accommodation?

What is included in a wristband?

A wristband gives you access to all official Thursday singles events in Canggu including the welcome party, pool and beach club takeovers, dating-style socials, late-night afterparties, and community WhatsApp group access.

Do you provide flights and accommodation?

Can I come alone?

Of course, 60% of people who book Thursday Trips come by alone.

Do I have to be single?

Yes, the Bali Thursday Trip is designed specifically to bring singles together for an exciting and meaningful experience. Whether you’re looking to make new friends, build connections, or spark romance, this trip is for you.

Are there any early bird prices?

Yes, wristband prices usually go up through stages (e.g., early-bird, first release, etc.), so booking earlier can save money.

Do I have to participate in every activity?

No, you can join as many or as few activities as you like. The trip has a flexible schedule with party events, chill sessions, and optional experiences.

Will there by any add-on activities?

Yes, during The Parties, we will have Waterbomb park and a spa option, At The Wellness, we will have breathwork, monkey forest experience, waterfall experience, yoga plus much more to be revealed soon!

How do I secure a ticket?

Many of the package tiers are already sold out but we do still have limited availability for selected tiers. Spots are limited and sell out fast - book early to avoid missing out.

Do you need to have ski/snowboard experience?

Absolutely not. This trip is for people of all abilities whether you're a competitive racer, or you've never seen snow before! You'll be able to ski/board with new people who match your ability. Also, Apres is for everyone!

Do I have to be single to come on the trip?

Yes, the Thursday Ski Trip is all about bringing singles together for an unforgettable alpine experience on and off the slopes.

Will I be sharing accommodation with strangers?

If you're coming with friends, simply let us know who’s in your group, and we’ll make sure you're all staying together in the same apartment. Easy! If you're booking solo, we’ll pair you up with other solo travellers, and you can specify if you prefer a same-sex apartment.

Where do people come from?

People come from all around the world for this trip! Last year, we had over 36 different nationalities joining the fun. This year we have over 51 nationalities so far. So, no matter where you're from, we're all meeting for an epic time together.

When will the full timetable be released?

We’ll be releasing the full timetable/itinerary two weeks before the trip!

What is the gender ratio of the trip?

We always aim for a 50/50 gender split and do our best to make it happen - though it may not always be perfectly even.

Which airport should I fly into?

The closest airport is Phuket International Airport (HKT). We would highly recommend flying in either the morning of or the day before your week is due to start so that you do not miss the welcome event.

Do I need to plan my own schedule during the trip?

This is a trip where you will be spoilt! The trip itinerary is thoughtfully planned with plenty of activities for you to join in with, but you'll also have chill time to explore or catch up with your sun tan.

Where is the hotel located?

The DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Resort is located in Patong, just moments from the beach and also the famous nightlife.

Do I need to share a hotel room with strangers?

If you select a shared occupancy room, the rooms are double occupancy. If you're coming with friends, let us know who you would like to share your room with. If solo, we’ll pair you up with another solo traveller, and you can let us know if you prefer a same-sex room.

I prefer not to share, can I have my own room?

Absolutely, if you prefer to have your own room, you can choose the solo occupancy option on the booking page

What is included in the ticket price?

6 night stay in DoubleTree Phuket, awesome beach party parties, island day trips, amazing activities, private driver to all events and more. Flights are not included. Transfers can be arranged but will be an extra charge.

Do I get a discount if I pay in full?

Yes absolutely, there is a payment plan to pay in installments that will be charged at 5% fee. However, if you pay in full, you will save that 5%.

What's included in the price of yacht week?

Can I come alone?

Of course, 20% of people who book Thursday Trips come alone. If sharing a cabin, we will introduce you to cabin mate before the trip.

Do I have to participate in every activity?

Of course not, this isn't a school trip.

Do I need to know how to sail?

Absolutely not, we have a professional skipper and you are there to be chauffeur driven around Greece

Who will I be sailing with?

You'll be sharing with up to 8 guests. Once you are matched up, you can begin chatting with your fellow crew members (and skipper and host) on the app.

What is the gender ratio?

We aim to have an even gender ratio on all cabin booking yachts and do our best to make it happen - though it may not always be perfectly even.
