THE PROCESS
In the first instance, if you are the victim of a criminal offence, we strongly advise contacting the relevant local authorities in your jurisdiction, such as the local emergency services. We are committed to the safety of all our attendees and resolving all incidents within our reasonable control, allegations against other Event attendees of a criminal nature should be brought to the immediate attention of the local authorities. If safe to do so, you should also alert venue staff immediately so they can assist and help you reach a safe area.
By reporting the incident to the local authorities as soon as possible, Thursday can obtain a crime reference number (if applicable) and liaise with the venue to secure any CCTV footage / witnesses that may assist any internal and/or external investigations.
If you witness or experience concerning behaviour, or if you think someone has violated our policy, you should report this to Thursday as soon as possible.
For example if: they conducted themselves in a threatening or violent manner during the Event; they have exhibited any behaviour that encourages harassment, hate or discrimination; and they sent threatening or abusive messages to you following the Event.
This list is not exhaustive.
