Do I have to verify myself using a Driving Licence or Passport?

In order to ensure we are fostering a safe community where you can date confidently and securely, we verify everyone. Unfortunately, this means that you cannot use the app unless you verify yourself.

The app is glitchy and keeps crashing! 

 

We are experiencing an overwhelming amount of downloads at the moment and the traffic on the app is huge. Please hang in there and keep trying! If the issue persists, shoot me a message. 

 

Why is the Membership ID sent to me via email different to the number the app asks for?

 

Your membership ID is for when we run our offline events. If you are creating a profile using your mobile number, the number that the app asks for when setting up your profile is the verification code sent to you via SMS.

 

Are there any hidden costs?

 

Thursday is totally free to use and you can still have a great experience!

 

You can, however, upgrade to a VIP Membership to use the app on Saturdays, gain unlimited likes and other access to other cool features! 

I signed up with the wrong server! e.g. I am in the UK but created an account on the US server.

 

Here’s what you need to do:

 

1) Logout of the app and force close it.

 

2) Click the flag on the login screen and select USA.

 

3) Once back in to the app click ‘CLAIM VIP' and restore subscription (in the top left).

 

4) That will make sure you are on the correct server.
